I would go for the second ones but the best way to choose is to photoshop your car with each of them and see which ones your prefer. Be careful to respect the correct size.

Talking about size, I personaly prefer 20" but yes, good tyres are more expensive and it's firmer, maybe that's the reason you stick to 18".

Second ones in 19" would be good. I've just removed my 20" SuperSports to go to 19" Grange rims, the 20's are FIRM.

The second set are PDW CSPEC. That style of wheel is a good choice but in black they are going to look small in 18 inch. In that style in black I would go for 19 inch otherwise you may be disappointed with the result. Secondly, these are matt black and having seen a few of these CSPEC wheels on different cars I think they look OK but a bit cheap.

There are numerous manufacturers that do that wheel style now.

KOYA do this style in Satin Black which will look better and you can get them in 18 and 19 inch and a choice of offsets. You can also get the 19 inch in 9.5 widths. At 850 kgs these wheels have a decent load rating as well.
Here if you are interested......... (order through your wheel/tyre store but you need to stipulate the offset to suit).
R5 BLACK 17

As others have said I would definitely go for 19 inch if you can spare the cash for slightly more expensive tyres in that size. If you can notice a very significant difference in firmness at identical tyre pressures between the 18 and lower profile 19 inch tyres (45 profile versus 40 profile on a 245 tyre) on a softly sprung Omega then you have a pretty sensitive backside.
