I know people are sick of hearing this but seriously don't waste your money.
Nothing cheap will ever improve the performance of that car and you will never, ever see a return. Save up and you can buy the car of your dreams when you aren't restricted.
You can turn more heads in the car community with a super clean stock looking car than trying to impress some 15 year old kids in the maccas carpark.
If I told you how much I've spent restoring my HSV's to factory fresh condition you'd **** the bed, but that's the minimum standard for resale value
