I wonder if it has something to do with the Oil Pressure Switch, as this is linked to the fuel system as a back up for when the EFI relay fails.

How we ould I know/fix it if it is immobilizer? Ive never used it! And thank you fxst01 I have gone thru everything I can think of 10 times over and I felt I was missing something! God damn oil pressure switch! I bet it is!

Looking at the VP wiring diagram, the power supplied to the fuel pump and the oil pressure switch, goes through the fuel pump relay, so try swapping/replacing that relay, its located under the bonnet in the fuse box. The fuel pump relay gets its power through fuse 21, a 15 amp fuse.The EFI relay also connects to the fuel and oil pressure system,so try swapping/replacing that relay too.
