Noise front right end

Hi just wondering what would be knock sound in front end of my ve only just happened 2 days after I brought it bars look str8 but sounds like rubber worn anyone help me to figure out the problem thx

knock over bumps or constant knock knock knock when driving, or even when idling

How much steering lock? Does the noise happen when steering or when travelling over bumps?
