Noisy A/C vents in MY16 V Calais in auto mode

I have a series 2 Calais and when driving the first 1-2 km's when cold there is no air coming out of the center vents then the vent will make a loud cluck noise with a slight rattle and the air then comes out. Sometimes there is air leakage out of the demister vents (slightly open) when on face position and make a louder air noise in the cabin. I have uploaded a few videos to show.

It is now at dealership trying to fix it as they thought I was bullshitting until they saw the videos.
