NSW Green Slip refunds

The NSW Govt made a lot of noise about this when they announced cheaper Green Slips.
I thought the refunds were going to be sent out to eligible car owners, but it seems that you have to claim it via the website above.
Has anybody got their refund yet ?
And what is a Service NSW account ?
Is that you Customer Number as shown on the Rego Cert. ?

Got $17 back myself, said it would be processed in 5 business days.

Service NSW account's the same account you do rego online, check demerit points, etc.

Haven't done any of that. I tried using my RMS E tag account details, that didn't work.
Ah, well, another online account to open and another password to remember.

There is a minimum refund amount of $10 and each refund is subject to an administration fee. If the refund is less than $10 before or after the administration fee has been applied, then the vehicle is not eligible for a refund.

I did mine today after getting the same busy message yesterday. Tried to access and link account via drivers licence details, one of the options. Wouldn't accept the numbers I provided, even though they were correct. Finally sorted via registered details. 48 dollars coming home soon.

Just got my refund, pretty quick to I only applied for it on Wednesday. It’s a whopping $58.77 for three cars

Done today. Should get $191 back for 3 cars.
Bit frustrating doing the create account and login, I kept being told that my info was incorrect, and I couldn't see what was incorrect.
After a couple of submissions, the website sent me another way which worked OK.
