Has anybody had experiences with NULON oils?

SUPERCHEAP has starting tomorrow NULON 5w-30 semi synthetic oil with all the correct numbers and figures to suit my 6 pot VE for $20.00 per 5 litre can.

I've been using Magnatec 5w-30 semi synthetic changed every 9 months without any issues, so I thought I might go get a couple of cans of NULON to try it out.

Thoughts anyone???????????

Used it a few times when its been on special (though usually the fully syn) for the other halfs high mileage VY V6 - haven't had an issue, even seemed to like it.

I think nothing wrong with Nulon, just bear in mind with semi synthetic and you are only paying $20 bucks for it (you'll need 2 as the VE V6 is 6.7 litres) - buy 3 then you have enough for next change as well, and consider changing it at 6 months, at that price it's cheap enough.

Nulon is fine but I wouldn't use a 5W30 semi syn myself I'd go a bit thicker with summer just around the corner.

I intend to do just that.
