The truth about oil catch cans.
8000 ~ 9000kms since i last emptied the can.

with the oil still in the steel wool and on the cardboard i would guess about 75ml caught in say 8500km which works out to be something like 1ml per 113 kms.

I've also got the Elite fitted in the same spot. They come with motor specific fitting kits so you can choose LFX and it comes with all the brackets etc.
Neat, simple, catches oil.

After how many K’s do you empty the catch can?

I empty mine every 5000 kays when I do an oil change .

I check oil level monthly, 1st weekend of every month, drain the can at the same time.
So not sure on kms or how much oil is in there, it's not much, but better there than back in the intake.
