Hey guys , recently my car starts to stall while accelerating, especially when speed is above 70km/h, today I checked out the air filter then I found a problem, please see the photos, the oil comes from the small hose , is that engine oil? what problem this could be? thanks

By the way, my car is 2006 VZ have it done 173000km

That hose is from the PCV system that vents fumes from inside the block/heads into the intake, it leaves a film of oil but that looks like heaps (or it's just years and years worth). Have you noticed a massive drop in oil quantity, or is the oil overfilled even?

Kinda doubt that's the cause of your stalling problem though. First thing I'd do is replace the fuel filter and go from there.

Maybe the PCV valve is cactus and too much oil is being sucked out from the engine.
