Just try a small spot with a damp wrag of thinners and see what happens. I can near gaurentee you'll be safe. Just don't use on plastics i.e cluster etc

It's probably because the dash pad has small dimples in it and as you clean it,
you are just wiping over the dimples and not getting right in there.
Try using a soft to medium bristled brush.
That may have some effect on helping remove it.

Mainly because pressure packs are enamel and melt with the slightest touch of thinners. If it were 2 pack you would have no chance haha. Any overspray on the window? At least thats the easiest thing to clean
