Getting this code after fitting some used extractors/cats, has anyone had it before and what did you find was causing it?

OBD Site says
Causes A code P0134 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Bad O2 (oxygen) sensor
Bad heater circuit in the O2 sensor Wiring or connector to the sensor frayed / broken
Blown heater circuit fuse
Holes in the exhaust system
PCM failure

Just changed my O2 sensors

Bosh sensors

Getting 2 fault codes:-

P0134 o2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0154 o2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Pretty sure they clicked in correctly and tightened up nicely.

Anyone had that?

Strange its both Sensor 1 on both banks,

@Razzza - Original O2 Sensors ?

@VY SS UTE 777 - New of Second hand ?

Did both of you clean them before re-fitting them ?
Checked the Connectors for damaged terminals ?

Exhaust leak ?
Bad ground conections ?

New off eBay, apparently to fit the ss, bosh sealed boxing

Connectors seems to click in well, threads seemed fine

I did reef on one connector to get it off as couldn’t get both hands in

The ports on the working end of the new ones had a different configuration to the ones that came out

Same thing happened with Ford Focus, bought $30 eBay one, same code,,,then got one from Ford for $148,code gone ,it's been 2 months ,no problem.
When it comes to electronics/ sensors nothing equal or better then OEM part.

Thanks, I got the bosh ones thinking they would be higher end, if not one of the best. Can you get original parts for the vy still?
