P0174 and P0171 also has ticking sound from right side of engine

I’ve just bought a 2009 VE ss 6.0L v8 and after only having it for a week I’ve noticed a slight ticking sound, not long after that it was throwing engine codes P0171 and P0174 (system too lean in bank 1 and 2). The car still drives perfectly fine and haven’t noticed any performance issues. The ticking noise sounds like it’s coming from the right side of the engine more so where the exhaust Manifold is. Could the problem be an exhaust leak from the manifold that is causing it to run lean and cause a hissing/ticking noise?

could be related and any small leak into the exhaust will show as lean as they mostly have vacuum within at idle and low loads, def get it fixed up as a false lean will just be adding fuel to the cylinders and carboning then up, each bank is independent tho so also look into that

Smoke Test it for a
Vacuum leak,
and
Exhaust leak.

Then take it from there.
