Cheers for that i shall test the harness and check out the video and get back to you.. pcv isn’t blocked either. What’s the mod
You’re talking about ? Tia
The holes in the PCV were too small. Folks in the US worked out the right size and modified what they had. It worked. It worked well. GM followed their lead and in last VF’s included the revised PCV.

I did a walkthrough on the mod. It stops too much oil entering the intake system.

I had a similar issue with my LY7,
I tried a lot of options, as I had plenty of time on my hands, and still was unable to fix it,
Which left only 1 last option,
I bit the bullet,
and replaced the chains,
That was 46,000 k/m’s ago.
The rest is history.
And drives great,
Keeping in mind, I change the oil every 6,000 k/m,
And the oil filters every 2,000 k/m, as it’s still cleaning some of the sludge out, and you can see the crap in the oil filters.

So I did the idea in video with shop VACC and found 4 leaks I took the cats off to clean replace gaskets ect and the drivers side one has blown out again and I don’t think there genuine as you can see the two on the car are diffrent then the other one is that why it keeps killing catalytic converters

bottom pic is genuine.
Yours are generic.

Possibly high flow cats and leading to the fault, or not Euro6 compliant?

If they aren’t Euro6 compliant, the emissions being read by the O2’s will be outside the expected range by the ECM and will result in a code be logged by the ECM.

This is what a fully holden dealer serviced SV6 pcv valve looks like ... you would think they would take it out and clean it every so often.
And it did start spitting a p0430 code recently
