VS 5SPD WAGON
The threaded rod or pin that is fixed to the diff that the panhard rod bolts up to on my VS wagon is on a angle, pointing toward the drivers side of the car,is this normal or is it bent? Doesn’t seem right to me.The car has lowered springs ,probably 1 step down from standard. It sits about 30mm lower on one side.Maybe I should be running an adjustable Panhard Rod?

It is bent.
You need to take it to a proper mechanic, to have a new one machined and welded on.

Please list where you're located so maybe you can get a recommendation.

Would this explain why it sits lower on one side? Would it have been caused by running lowered springs with a factory panhard rod?

Not likely, unless the panhard rod is really tight on the diff.
The spring controls ride hight.
