Parcel shelf

Hey guys I am interested in making a new Parcel shelf for my VP Calais. I have alpine type R 6*9s and i wanted to be be able to hide the speaker under the shelf. Now my problem is i wouldnt have the slightest idea how to make it i would like it to be curved like it to look professional and be practical. If you have any ideas or tips how to make it, it would be much appriated. Any pictures would be good as well

if you are any good with fiberglass go for it. i dont know what hte rattle and stuff would be like though.....

A friend of mine made the fiberglass shape that he wanted and then got a big sheet of 5mm blue tinted Perspex (cut to the correct shape) and sat it on top of the fiberglass shape. He then got like 8 or 9 hair driers and heated it up so it would form the shape he wanted. Looked really good. he put neons under it.
