I don’t think it’s available from Holden anymore. They were used on a lot of GM vehicles. Do some trawling Amazon US is one way and find a seller who sends to Australia.
Or off to the wreckers you go. It’s not going to be easy.
I found some of these clips when looking for the metal fuel line verifier clips on Amazon US. Those aren’t available here either.

^^^^ Thanks for the reply however a friend of mine worked as a storeman at Holden in Dandenong a few years ago. I asked him if he remembered how far back parts go and he said there was stuff there from the 90s but you won't be able to get them through Holden you have to go through Repco or someone like that. I did a browse of Repco and some other sites but couldn't see it although I might be inputting the wrong stuff in my search.
