Thought it was about time I made another thread for my car, I made one when i first got it but have done a bit since then.
Specs are
VT Calais 98 50th Anniversary edition.
Mods done so far
10psi pulley - goes so much better
81 degree thermostat fitted
18 inch Monaro look alike rims
Painted Brake Calipers and Rocker covers
Window tint
Changed Ugly orange indicators to Clear ones
6.5 pioneer splits in front and rear
6x9s in rear
12 inch sub and sony amp
Kenwood deck
Red neons in under the dash - for that "fully sick" look at night
Fully Chromed grill, following walk-through on this site =)
Things replaced so far
So far i've had to replace a bit on the car done all things myself
ABS Module **** itself - Managed to snag one from upullit for $30 and amazingly it had traction control - not that i use it lol
Clock spring also **** itself
Wire comming from back of the alternator to battery burnt out had to resolder it and re-attach - conveniently on happened peak hour middle of south rd =/
New pads and rotors all round
New cat converters
New plugs, coolant flush, diff oil, the usual service stuff
Apart from a few small issues that I fixed pritty cheaply shes been a great car to me let us know what you think
Future Mods
Exhaust, 2.5 catback with extractors
Needs lowering asap - just not sure if i wanna attempt it myself, never worked on suspension before.
