legally you cant get it free...
illegally there are several torrent files you can use to download it for free... but this would be illegal... so dont do it :thumbsup:

try 'gimp' free program works the same as photoshop with out the price

i thought i'd post my chop up, its nothing too special but its only my second go a photochopping and also when you use ms paint is a lot harder to do.
