Sounds like a Vac leak,

Faulty ground connection,

What has been done to it of recent ?
Any mods,
Cabling, wiring,
Engine work ?

Had it scanned and did any codes come up? How long had it been since the fuel filter was replaced? Did the "Check Powertrain" warning come up?

I’m going to say it, did you buy the plugs off eBay or online?

I’d also be checking all the hoses that attach to the intake. Make sure none have come off or are hard and brittle causing vacuum leaks.

Did you use new metal gaskets on the intake?

You say coil pack.
Did you replace all 6 coils ?
I would, along with a new plenum gasket.
