plug

As I was installing binnacle gauges on my car ( vysv8) today I noticed a plug that had nothing connected to it just below the stereo or behind the compartment that's under the stereo, just wondering if anyone would know what it is for as I have no clue, I thought possibly for the power windows as I don't have power windows, any help would be great, and happy new year to all.

Yep....Cigarette lighter wiring according to the wiring colours on my diagram. (Yellow +12 volts, Black/White- Earth, Brown/White-The little lamp in the socket).
