Polished Alloytec Manifold

did you put any sort of a clear coat or something on it or just sand it down till it looked that shiny haha, looks shmick bro..p.s what brand/where did you get the silver paint for the engine covers...whats the colour called, satin silver or something?

sanded it right down to bare metal, mine was a black manifold, no clear coat, just work the way up the grits, then metal polish. the solver paint is just export paint, turned out good enough, and hasnt flaked or anything

try sending impulsive a pm, he should get back to ya, but mind you, it does take a lot of time, and a lot of hard work, so dont expect it will be cheap. mine alone took roughly 7 hours, and is not even finished yet

I can polish manifolds, for the right deal... i have a black manifold spare for those that would like this done (and still like there car driveable).. Expect it to take a while (2 - 3 Weeks Max)

Does it have the VIM motor?

yes its from a 190 alloytec engine, the manifold that impulsive has on his car is a 175 manifold that has been gutted, like the cpr6. his black one that he could work on is his original one, which is the 190 with VIM
