Possible gearbox problem

I definately wouldn't buy it without it being tested, I'm just trying to decide if its worth spending money to see whats wrong with it or just forgetting about it.

do wat jc85nc said go get a quote and see how much its gonna cost 2 fix it then tell the bloke whos selling it about the problem and try drop the price if he doesnt drop it more than wat ur quote is 2 fix it dont bother look else where, or even tell him 2 fix it b4 u pay the price he wants.

Man..... Don't buy it there are plenty around. You'll eventually find one.
Buying a car is a big thing so try not to get too attached to that car and keep your distance. take your time and look around.
It's not worth the hassle of buying a car and then shoving it in the garage and getting it fixed - You want to be able to drive it straight away.

Well Theres That Many Common Commodores, Im Sure That You Would Be Able To Find Your Self A Good One For The Same Price, Or Even Cheaper. Dont Buy A Car With Problems Ya Not Sure About!
