at a 25gb plan, Telstra upgraded us for free recently which was a surprise but that only makes up for a quarter of the problems we've had with them.

Thats a tad better than I was expecting, still not fast enough in my opinion. In regards to Telstra Ive never really heard anything good about them, it takes me 5 minutes to get to tech support, for my mate its takes a few hours if lucky otherwise they call him back in a few days.
