Yeah right, fair enough. I have started that very project. I bought a complete running VN1 yesterday. Its a real bomadore but it has the potential to do a nice conversion (after an ACL rebuild) to a VK.
Planning on a t5 box and stealing some interior parts aswell.

The problem is a 202 is a lost cause, by the fine you invest or should i say throw away the big $$$$ to make it perform you spend the same money on a V8,V6, nissan 6, you have something that is better on fuel, has more torque, more power and is nicer to drive.

To install the powerdyne you wont see much change out of $8000 by the time you buy the blower, bel kits, hoses & pipe work, plus install an after market injection & ignition system. Then you need to do engine mods so the 202 will actually handle the boost, throw another $2500 at the 202 and you will have a 202 thats a bitch to drive with some power.

Then again throw $10,500 at a 5L, EFI 5L, V6 etc and see where your bang for your buck comes in.

Or you could just build a strong 202 a add a shitload of nos. Alot cheaper and goes just as hard.

maybe so, but that power isn't there all the time, and you can't 'legally' use NOS on the road!

i just have the strong 202 without NOS for a 3.3ltr its plenty powerful enough!

Heres a pic from a few months ago.

Since this shot it's had the booster replaced with a new coat semi gloss black, 1" master cylinder installed along with VR calipers and VN rotors, 16" thermo fan and a adjustable thermostat from jaycar, new 420cc battery, 110w/130w H4's on relays and general **** tidied up like wiring inside and out.

If someone recognises it I'm keen to talk to the owner before the last one. Cheers!
