When I push the power button it doesn't seem to do anything. Would it just be a fuse problem? Cheers

Yeah, that power button doesn't really achieve much. All it does is hold a gear for longer under hard acceleration.

I believe it ups the line pressure a touch too. I honestly didn't notice the difference aside the change to OD speed until I put the blower on, lol. Power is not the right word for this button.

Does it do nothing or does it just not do what you expect ?

Like the guys have said it's really just a 'shift gear differently' button. Changes earlier, holds longer. You should be able to notice the difference if you're paying attention.

If a PWR light appears on dash then it's working , all it does is , as mentioned is hold the gears longer

It does nothing (not the only one to try it) and no light comes on. But the light for an open door doesn't come on either. So I expect I need to get some new fuses.

Or could it be possibly stuck in? As when I accelerate hard/quickly the car seems to stutter/shudder and then drops back a gear.

Generally speaking you can just leave it the OFF position.

I only have mine on in passing as quickly as possible out on a country road.

I don't even have a power switch. I have a vq shifter plate and it has no provision for one lol. There's absolutely no reason to use it anyway unless you're hell bent on using more fuel :p
