If it's aerating the fluid it should be obvious to see when you remove the cap.

I too would be looking at fixing or replacing that main suction hose.

Will do, it did bubble quite a lot after bleeding

I've had it happen on a different car with a bad O ring on the feed pipe. The fluid turns into a pink foam.
