Power Windows on VY Exec

My 2003 VY does not have the front windows optioned with power windows.
Does anyone know where i can get them changed to power windows and how much it mught cost.
I dont understand how a 2003 car does not come with power windows standard.

I thought it was strange that I found a VY exec that DID... not complaining though!!!

I thought only Acclaim, Berlina, Calais etc had them *shrug* but guess not.

quite possibly could be an ex cop car (unless someone ticked a few options) but i'm pretty sure power windows is standard on all vy exec cop cars in queensland.

I've also seen them with power windows in the front but standard in the rear

As for how much it might cost, knowing holden you'd probably be up for a kidney or two

oh yeah, my bad... mine not ex cop car, but ex police related car (commisioner) believe he had the full pack and options done.

You'll need to check to see if the wiring harness is there first.

This will be the most expensive cost due to the labour of pulling out half the electrics and dash to install them. If it is there I reckon go to a wrecker and get the centre console switches and complete doors. This will be the easiest way of doing the job.(Then sell your doors.)

Otherwise you've got to strip all the componetary off the e/w door and install onto yours.

I feel for you mate as this isn't an easy job.
