Power windows

Can anyone help me I leave my car and on occasions I get call from my neighbours informing me that my power windows are down , I'm not sure if it's the battery in the remote key or a problem with this model any help would be much appreciated

there is a setting in the radio > vehicle settings for auto windows down when you press and hold the button on the remote, turn it off.
