Hi there all I have a 2003 series 2 vy ss and idols fine and I've noticed after warm and if I put my foot down a little bit it starts to clunk from engine front...than stops also fan belt makes some noise but the aircon shuts it up when on....im not sure what it could be can someone Please give some feed back...Cheers

Clunks from engine?

Engine mount?

Belt is easy to sort, may just need a new belt. Check the tension on it

Thanks Uniacidz Sorry I should of explain ed better...when cold it will clunk than goes away....belt is moving left to rite slightly...took to mechanic but noise stopped just b4 I arrived there he said could be a flat spot on cam...

You can feel what the noise is doing when holding the shifter

Ill start again and sorry for confusion.....when starting cold it will make the noise from rite side engine belt moves and makes some noise...goes away if starting warm it will do it for less time than some days no noise at all....could it be a rod?????

I think it the aircon drive belt tensioner as well as a new belt
