Crank angle sensor

Maybe it's the crank angle sensor. Very common problem on the RB30 is the sensor or plug corroding and preventing correct readings causing the engine to just crank over and not fire. Have a look at the plug check for oxidisation, if it looks like its coated in green corrosion try replacing it.
Good luck

If you cannot measure 12 volts at the injectors, check the RED fuseable links at the battery - 1 of them supplies the injectors and the other feeds the EFI power supply relay.

(Headlights are fed by one of the BLACK fuseable links and the other BLACK fuseable link feeds the ignition system)
