Hey Ray how's the ute going with the SS mufflers, any sounds difference or purely just for looks?

So as good as it's been to be in the vf thread, might not be in here for much longer.
Haven't been able to pull the pin on as many things as id like to have done, but mainly cause i just urge them v8 feels. Anyways that's another story, in the time being.

Fitted a sailplane, was pretty easy seeing as we already had the wire from the canopy still tucked away so pretty much just plug and play which was good, feels less empty looking at it now.

Quick Photo of the sill plates, edited this thread a few times so might've missed them.

What we came up with

Little side note, i drove the ute up to bendigo and back to pick up the little pup a few weeks ago done the trip, approx 5 1/2 - 6 hours driving got home with still over quarter of a tank left, so she did prove to do quite well on the economy front. wasn't taking it easy either.

little update before the next bad update of this thread.

Got around to carpet laying the box looks finished now at least and works well enough for what i need it to

Other little jobs I've done is put some black mirror covers on and paint over the carbon fibre trim interior, hopefully all this black pays off once the wheels get on there (they'll be black or graphite unsure yet) if not had to do something about that shocking "carbon fibre" **** anyways..

Was driving back from work last week when all the high winds where happening and was lucky enough to have a branch fall down on my bonnet, not too bad but bad enough in my books. Three small dents and a little chip on the windscreen. pics don't show too much but

this is the next bad update.

Picked up some ssl's for $130 an end so they're in there for now, purely for looks. Just until i get everything i actually want to go in nd ill fit everything at once.

Centre cap to guard height [after heights are not settled]
Front before; 405mm after; 380mm
Rear before; 400mm after; 370mm

Really hoping they settle a bit more if not might scratch what i was planning below and go coilers but idk ... Pics below, carrying a little bit of weight in the back if that helps if anyone wants reference.

All this should be on the go, not sure when though cause money comes out of my pocket before it goes in but this is pretty much what i want under there.
If anyone can tell me if i'm on the right path with this that'd be much appreciated.

Bilstein B8 shocks with H&R springs (not sure what springs to go tbh) and the things listed below
