I lowered mine with pedders superlows at the front and ultra lows at the back to get the overall straight look, like barcode. No camber kit or any other changes after approx one month after pickup. I think it looks great.

wgs150 i like the look of those rims.

the one's on the ute or the one's in the picture by them self.
either way they look good

Troy, V6 and V8 springs are different due to weight of the engine.

VZ Storm Ute
i used monaro touring springs in my storm ute cost 600 all up put the guard about 10-15mm off the rim on a set of 20s in the front and a touch lower in the rear. it looks nice when driving and better when you put the foot down. will post pics soon

With the ute and king springs, use sedan springs in the rear, you wont get it low enough with ute springs, I already tried Super Super Low and there was still a inch gap, so I used Super low Sedan springs and that drop mine on its backside,

Front: super low ute springs
Rear: super low sedan springs

both front and back are just up in the guard and look dead level

I will check the part numbers on mine and post them on Monday when Im back at work, Ill put her up on the hoist and take some shots

You will need a camber kit in the rear though

vz commodore ute
I had mine do with pedders, looks great but the front has saged 15mm more.
had a camber kit put in the back thats about it, cost $850 total. all over i love it, drives great with no body roll,

if any thing i would like front little higher. hope that helps

just a quick question to those who have lowered a VZ ute with superlows. did you need to change anything else apart from the springs? shocks, camber kit... anything? and how much did it all set you back?

cheers

hey guys
im new to just commodores just need som advice.
iv got a 2004 model vz commodore ute. (full stock)
i am looking at lowering it.
but in the future im going to put 19s or 20s on it.
i ride motorbikes most weekends also. and the back drops a fair bit. should i fit a air bag system?
with takin consideration of all this i want it to be as low as possible.
what springs do i put in?
and also whats a camber kit
will i need one?
thanks.

Lukeyyy.... don't post the same question three times in the same section mate. mods would just delete repetitious posts that's all. just post it once & be patient or use the search function.
