Questions on springs

Hey guys a couple of quick questions of springs. Had a look through the below thread and found some good info but not the answers to one specific question i have.
I'm wanting to lower my SS about 1 to 2 centimeters. Would a set of HSV springs achieve this and would i need to change shocks as well?

Hsv springs won't change it.
