Radiator coolant hoses collapsing when cold

I have this issue where my radiator hoses collapse when cold now I have heard this is fixed by replacing the coolant radiator cap but my car doesn't seem to have one

New radiator cap worked for me when my hoses were doing it.

Should the radiator hose return back to its shape straight away when the cap is removed?

My 2013 calairs 6 ltr does this aswell , so i take it is not normal ? Which cap needs replacing ?

see this thread.the black and yellow one next to the washer reservoir blue cap. fixed mine .was $24.95 from holden
