radio security card - how looks it?

After disconnecting battery, the radio needs security code. When I bought the car, it was one-owner. They gave me a shoebox with the owners manual, a manual for the radio, the dealer invoice,
business card of salesman, roadside assist card, service receipts and loads more paperwork. However can not find radio code. It is not written inside anything. I believe they were on a 9x5 cm card.
What do they look like? Does it also have the BCM code?
I actually do not wish to replace the Eurovox cassette-radio as this VS is totally unmodified.

You can either contact eurovox or Holden to get the code you will just have to show identification/ prove you are the owner

Mine is written on a buisness card sized card and inserted in a pocket of the owners manual cover
