Yep - they had actually off loaded AM by the time this car was built. Jag was also in the mix back then. My car has a **LOT** of Ford/Vovo parts in it and the motor has Jag roots if you trace it back. Overall the reputation is a very reliable car although the clutch is definitely it's weak point. Fortunately I have a (very expensive) solution

Apparently the key is from a Ford (or a Volvo)... I think that's a good thing because if anything goes wrong, some parts may be easy and cheap to find...
