Rear main seal kit

I am swapping my moter out and I am changing the rear main seal cause it's a bit old and I got the new black ring but I got these two little red rubber strips and I have no clue where they go dose anyone know what I am on about

Have you got any photos of what your talking about? You would be better off buying the whole plate (includes the seal), that bolts to the rear of the engine. It's very easy to install, only problem is price, I think its $100+ from Holden Spare Parts.
