Thanks for the write up, I've never attempted a recon on one before and the old girls died yesterday, new price on a Bosch is 350 so ill give it a shot thanks to your write up. Thanks for the tip to getting the Pulley off, Let you know how I go when im done ;-)

Your post to this thread reminds me that I have an alternator with noisy ass bearings sitting on a shelf... I should pull it apart and try to recover it as a spare.

Does anyone have the part number of the bearings used in this so I can order them in advance before making a mess everywhere?
