Red Lights Near Automatic Shifter???

Hi everyone,
Today I was looking for an "IGNITION ON ONLY" 12V power source. Inside the console (under shifter surround plastic) near the shifter I found 2 red lights that come on with the ignition they are just there and do not appear to have fallen out a positioning hole.
Can anyone tell what is their function? They exit from this white plug (shown in photo) just rear of the shifter, vehicle is an automatic.

Not from there - there are no holes vacant and wires not long enough - they on with ignition and a to the rear of the shifter.
