[VIC] redback exhaust

I got a quote from Mr Muffler today for a redback exhaust and they quoted me for 450 for 2.5 redback, this is abit silly question though but do you ll think this price is inclusive fitting the redback??? or just to order the system and do i have to pay more for the labour as well??
