rego in me mates name??

hey huys just wonderin if this will work... got this vk off my mate its mine now... not quite up to roadworthy spec needs a horn and sum wipers lol... new rubbers soon enuff too.. as the rego is almost due jist wondering if i can go to the treansport place and pay the rego in my mates name so i dont have to get a saftey cert yet...

you still have to get a rego check no matter what if the car is 3 years old or more! whether its in your or his name

no what he is saying is continue the rego under his mates name isntead of re-registering the car.

Nothing illegal about it. Your just dirivng your mates car (Which you paid for)
