Removing 6 CD stacker from 99 WH Statesman with no power

Hi people,

I just had a cd player put into the WH statesman but the stacker in the boot was forgotten and so now since there is no power to it, we are unable to simply press the button to disconnect.

Without me ruining anything or pulling stuff apart that i don't need to, is there any way to take the the 6 CD holder without having the ability to just press the eject button???

If you still have the old headunit then just plug it back in, earth the earth wire, use 12v + to power and Memory wires. should start up and then all you have to do is hit eject. Simple from a 3rd person perspective

we had to pull the dash and centre console completely apart to take this sucker out so i was hoping there was a way without having to do that... haha
