try a multi purpose acrylic thinner in a small spot see if it melts the plastic first, then soak a rag and have at it...

Youve probably already found out a way now, but just incase anyone doesn't know, get a product called 'goof off' you can buy it from bunnings for about 12bucks for a can (the can is small). Its used to get spray paint off **** and worked like a charm.

I used that and a rag to get mine off when i got done 2 years ago. Got defected 1 point and 100 bucks. (it was extremely dark though, like you couldnt even see me braking cause im an idiot and did it so dark).
