Removing Rear Bumper? how?

i have a VZ ex-cop car sedan i want to fit a towbar, how do i remove the rear bumper? what are the tricks and where are the bolts?

surely someone here has removed their VY or VZ rear bumper for some reason or another surely???

take it to a profesional. i have done it, but its hard to explain. you would need pics, but what i can tell you is start from the centre from underneath.

thanks, i will give it a try in a couple weeks wheni get my towbar.

1 undo screws in wheelarchs and if mudflaps fitted remove!
2 undo 4 bolts inside boot under taillights, behind carpet side panels
3 undo plastic clips along top of bumper 6 of i think!
4 unscrew screws under bumper ( in centre underneath towbar cover )

I figured I should bump this up.
I had to remove the bumper bar so I can remove my tow bar pack. I followed this thread.

I took pictures as I went - except the screws under the bumper bar, but they are obvious.

These are the locations for the screws:
