removing spark plug leads

Is there a easy way to remove the leads off a gen 3, The leads are only 6 months old so want to remove them to do plugs but they have a spring to hold them onto plugs and dont seem to want to pull off

they should just pull of mate, i did mine the other day and it just requires some effort. pull the straight back **caution though as you WILL smash your hand against something in the process

Twist the Boot around the plug first to try and break the seal, Then pull back on them :)

And be careful with the leads.
Leads insulating housing can become brittle from heat so take care removing them
