how to remove window winder on a vs

hey, im usually over at the VN-VP sections of this forum, my mate has a VS and i cant seem to figure out how to remove the window winders, ive removed my vn calais trims heaps of times but they're equipded with power windows...

if anyone knows and could supply pics that would be cool

You might find a how to under the car audio [ installing front speakers ]

I might have a search myself acctually, I've got to stop the rattle in my window winder handle before it drives me up the wall.

Bottom post which says wither push it off with a small screwdriver or simply yank off the handle completly.

You need a special tool ...it pushes the spring clip out of the rear of the winder handle.....

My main issue is that I can't see behind the plastic washer behind the handle. It's a right little bugger.

goto supercheap, they sell this little metal gadget to get them off... its like $5.

If you want to be really cheap (like me) you can use a coat hanger. Just use some pliers to flatten the end a little then bend a small hook on the end of it. Slip it down behind the handle and you should be able to pull the clip off no probs :)
