Hey so I replaced my clock spring because I snapped my steering wheel controls installing a steering wheel ages ago and since doing that my horn also doesn't work so I replaced the clock spring and the horn works when I set it to go off when locking the car etc, I checked the fuse relay etc all good so I've narrowed it down to possibly be my horn pad? Cheers for any help

Or you damaged the clock spring during installation. Or you plugged the wrong clock spring plugs into the wrong place because I'm pretty sure the same plugs are used for horn and steering wheel controls on some models (both red)
