Rattle gun is a no no with standard sockets. But we all do it.

Rattle gun is a no no with standard sockets. But we all do it.

I tried rattle gun with one of them but the other two were with a big breaker bar. The sidchrome socket was with the hex key originally built in. The other two were just shitty 12mil sockets.

I gave up and started jumping up and down on the breaker bar and that got majority of the nuts off. All but one.... Have drenched in wd40 etc and still no budge. I've only got a couple of 12mil sockets left in captivity too.

####ing thing!!!!!!!! Just got an impact socket with some quick freeze **** to loosten the nut. I've now destroyed the internals of the nut. Need to drill the ####ing thing off. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Ouch. I remember on my mates vr. The wheel stud popped in through the hub and turned when we turned the nut. Few reefs side to side broke the stud lol

These are a weird setup too. I actually need a hex key in a socket to take the nuts off!

Can't believe I am stuck on one damn wheel nut. Will try to smash a 13mm hex into it but running out of room
