The pressure switch is normally the culprit on all cars, is not common for the oil pump to die.

Car is currently sitting at the mechanic, hoping to just get away with an oil pressure sensor instead of an oil pump. Worse comes to worse it's RIP 300k old engine...

I feel your pain brother. Mine too is around those km's. I know one day it's gunna come down with a terminal illness. I guess when that happens. TIME FOR BOOOOOSSSSSSTTT.

Sensors and a good service cleared the issues - thank fk...

Also changed a munted left drive shafts which makes it so much nicer to drive!

Hey Rich car looks great as per-usual. Youngs Wreckers @ Chippo have a delft blue VX in ATM with the full factory GPS system if you needed any spare parts.

Car should be going in for rear main seal in a couple of weeks. Also had my 2nd set of rotors sent away to be machined & ordered some Green Stuff Pads to finish the job.


Shocks and strut tops are next.

Essential maintenance getting in the way of modifications

Pretty much, need a gps to fit my bezel, need to get my door inserts leathered up.... need to get my vz moulds painted and fitted... notice the need in front of all these things lol

Finally got my rotors back from being machined. Tidied up the tops with some gloss black brake paint - much better!

15 minutes taping & 5 minutes spraying - frustrating but worth it. Next are my calipers to be redone in red.
