get king springs lows, theyre supposed to be 30mm drop from standard. other than that, measure anywhere on car from round to that point, then drop it and measure again. unsure of exact original ride height though.

you need to measure from the bottom of the wheel arch over the tyre right down to the bottom of the rim but not the tyre

Reviving this old thread, just briefly. Does anyone know the standard ride height for a VR V6 ute. Not sure if mine has been slightly lowered or not. If it is stock then they have made it low. I can barely slide my head under to have a sticky. 225/50/16s probably don't help.

the eyebrow heights for a bog-standard V6 VR ute are 632 mm front and 610 mm rear, which is roughly 20 mm higher than a wagon.
I dunno what it is if you have the 5-litre boat anchor up front.

Thanks is that centre of hub to bottom lip of guard? I will check heights tomorrow arvo when I can park the ute in the shed on level ground.

Weird mine is 390 front 380 rear to the centre of the hub. Is mine stock? 610 and 632 must be measured from somewhere else. No way could they lower mine over 200mm, surely. With 16s to the bottom lip of the wheel front 610, rear 590. Would that just be spring sag?

Hi mate
The legal min eyebrow hight(guard lip to center of wheel) for the vr ute is 370, front 330 rear
those measurements are for S.A but pretty sure they are pretty standard in all states these days...
Id say for you figures you have HD in the rear and stock in the front..
